1066 Field Archery Terms and Conditions

Completing an Order:

Upon completion of an order, we will process the order and despatch goods as swiftly as possible. If goods are in stock this will usually be next woring day. If you have enquired about having custom arrows made we will contact you to confirm your requirements before starting work. Prior to work commencing we will require payment in full.

We reserve the right not to fulfill any orders received. This is to protect us in the case of mistakes (such as inadvertently under-pricing goods), or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.

Shipping Times:

Shipping time frames stated on the product pages and check out are estimates only and provided in good faith.

Please note that shipping times given at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Please allow 1-5 working days from the date we sent the dispatch email for orders sent by courier, and 1-5 working days for orders sent by Royal mail.

If you have not received your parcel by then, please contact us with your order number and we will track the delivery for you. Please note, Parcels are not considered lost by Royal Mail until 15 working days have past.

Please note that orders requiring additional services may take longer to dispatch.  e.g. Cutting of arrow shafts or custom made arrows.

As a guideline please see the typical despatch time estimates listed below:

'in-stock items' are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. (Monday - Friday)

Back Orders: 

If your item is not in stock, we will contact you to let you know when we believe we can get the item to you. If you would rather not wait then we will always provide you with the opportunity to cancel the order and recceive a full refund.
